Make an Iceing

IMG_0768-001After all the preserved orange peel, angelico, preserved lemon peel and almonds have been cut about half an inch long, and not quite a quarter wide, the receipt (recipe) for Millefruit Biscuits directs to put some whites of eggs, sugar, and orange flower water in a bason, and make an iceing.
