Between Each Layer: Horse-radish

Between each layer of Cucumber put in the Bottle for the receipt (recipe), To pickle small Cucumbers which are delicious are various spices and herbs.  The fourth is Horse-radish, a perennial plant of the Brassicaceae family.  It is used both as a vegetable and a spice.
