Knäckebröd Roller-A Taste of Hearth Cooking

After the finely ground Puhwem (Lenape white flour corn) and water have been mixed and kneaded for the Tunnbröd (a Swedish flatbread), it was time to try the knobby roller I use for knackebrod.
