Schpeck-A Taste of Hearth Cooking

The schpeck (bacon) is being fried crisp for the receipt (recipe) Heese Schpecksass (Hot Bacon Sauce) to serve on the fresh dandelions.  This is a traditional Pennsylvania German spring receipt.
